What is YaLa?


The YaLa workout is unique as it incorporates many elements of fitness. Laurent describes YaLa as a workout that combines strength conditioning, agility,  plyometrics, core training, cardio and stretch in a dance form using multi-planar and multi-joint actions. He uses what he calls “The Sequencing Method” to maximize the calories burned (over 1000 calories/per workout*) and get positive results fast.

People that experience YaLa describe it as a fun, challenging, sexy, unique,  motivating workout.

 

We all know how boring and monotone lunges, squats, biceps curls, shoulder presses, hops, crunches and many more exercises can be.

 

What if you could take all of those “gym exercises”, which are very important and not to be neglected (muscle growth, bone density, stronger core), and mask them with fun, easy yet challenging choreographed dances that will give you a full body workout.
